1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the ShopiScout Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the extension.

2. Product Description

ShopiScout is a Chrome browser extension designed to assist with market research on publicly visible Shopify stores. It is intended for legitimate business research only. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, Shopify's policies, and each website's terms of use when conducting research.

3. License & Payment

ShopiScout is sold as a $19.99 USD one-time-payment lifetime license covering the current version of the product. Your purchase grants you a permanent, non-transferable license to use the extension's current core features. There are no recurring charges of any kind.

• Future major version upgrades may require a separate purchase.
• After payment, you will receive a license key. Activate the license key inside the Chrome extension to unlock full functionality.

4. Refund Policy

If a core feature fails to function properly and you are unable to use it within 14 days after purchase, you may request a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days. Once a license key has been activated, no partial refunds will be issued.

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Run high-frequency automated scraping that attacks or overloads third-party websites.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the license and protection mechanisms.
• Resell, share, or transfer your license key to any third party.
• Use the extension for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your license without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The developer retains all intellectual property rights in ShopiScout, including its code, design, and trademark. You are granted only the right to use the extension under these terms, and acquire no ownership or IP rights in the product.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.

• We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the extension.
• We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the extension.
• You acknowledge that you are using this tool at your own risk.

8. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the extension after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
